What You'll Do
As a key contributor to Project 2026, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing scalable neural network architectures optimized for low-latency inference.
- Leading the research and development of proprietary algorithms to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimizing training pipelines to reduce compute costs while maximizing model performance.
- Staying ahead of industry trends in AI, contributing to internal knowledge bases and white papers.
Who You Are
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of artificial intelligence. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven by solving complex problems.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models.
