- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, edge computing, and quantum-ready software stacks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline for AI models, ensuring seamless integration into production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
