Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, production-ready AI models and algorithms for Project 2026.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale machine learning systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our core platforms.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLMs (Large Language Models) or Generative AI systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
