Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning algorithms.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and researchers.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation with novel architectures and training techniques.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with large-scale distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or open-sourcing significant projects.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
