Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure for large-scale applications.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives to explore cutting-edge AI methodologies, including LLM fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
- Model Optimization: Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and improve inference accuracy for production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly features.
- Code Quality: Enforce best practices in code review, CI/CD pipelines, and software documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
