Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models and neural network architectures.
- Lead the full machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure model scalability, latency optimization, and high availability of AI services in cloud environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure ethical AI standards and bias mitigation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate novel methodologies into our production stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) using AWS or GCP.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments that handle high traffic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
