Key Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, high-impact technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI and machine learning systems.
- Proven track record of designing systems that scale to enterprise levels and handle high concurrency.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Strong background in system design patterns, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading technical teams and driving strategic initiatives from conception to deployment.
