Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI-driven infrastructure using modern cloud technologies.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Pilot Programs: Research, prototype, and deploy emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive Analytics) to validate their impact.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
