Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research) to translate strategic goals into technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing into existing platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a history of shipping products on time.
