Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems using modern cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and AI frameworks.
- Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI integrations to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to ensure system stability and security.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new technologies that can provide a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with proven experience in AI/ML model integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and vector databases is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
