Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration, focusing on futuristic scalability and predictive modeling.
- Architect Neural Systems: Design and deploy complex deep learning models and neural networks capable of handling high-dimensional data.
- Quantum Readiness: Collaborate with research teams to prepare existing algorithms for quantum computing environments.
- System Optimization: Oversee the engineering team to ensure high performance, security, and latency optimization in real-time systems.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new AI technologies to prove concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Quantum Experience: Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of quantum algorithms is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
