Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, focusing on scalable AI integration and quantum computing readiness.
- Lead high-performance engineering teams in designing and deploying complex machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern microservices architectures to ensure future-proof scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or a strong willingness to learn emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
