Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically focusing on milestones leading up to 2026.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers.
- R&D Management: Oversee the research and development of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential to disrupt the market and improve our product offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure all technical implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically about the future landscape of technology and business.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
