Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives aligned with our long-term vision for 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning models and AI infrastructure.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, unstructured problems.
