Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for AI integration, focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 market landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research teams in exploring emerging technologies, including Large Language Models, predictive analytics, and edge computing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment, addressing bias, transparency, and data privacy.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities in the AI sector.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, tech giants, and industry thought leaders to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI strategy, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning principles, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI ethics frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products or initiatives that scale globally.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are highly preferred.
