Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating emerging AI models and quantum computing capabilities into our core product ecosystem.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to evaluate and validate next-generation technologies before commercial deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex futuristic requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Standards Definition: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system longevity and interoperability.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and technological disruption.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML architecture, or high-level technical strategy.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and quantum algorithm principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead and translate long-term visions into actionable quarterly milestones.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
