- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (Quantum Computing, Neuro-Symbolic AI) to identify competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with long-term business goals.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy.
- Prototype and validate new AI-driven solutions to accelerate product development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives with a focus on the future of work.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Strong background in strategic planning, budget management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
