- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and product managers to align technology goals with business objectives.
- Innovation Implementation: Spearhead pilot programs for next-gen technologies, ensuring scalable and ethical deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: Minimum of 8-10 years in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) strategic plans.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
