Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic AI Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade AI systems, focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Autonomous Agents.
- Future-Proofing Solutions: Proactively research and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Neuro-symbolic AI) to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance, low-latency machine learning pipelines and data lakes ensuring scalability across distributed cloud environments.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teamsâproduct managers, engineers, and designersâto translate complex technical requirements into elegant, user-centric AI solutions.
- Model Governance: Establish strict frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience fine-tuning proprietary models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with specific focus on AI/ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and pivot strategies based on rapid technological advancements.
