Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale AI models and autonomous decision-making systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Large Language Models (LLMs), and neural interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex technical concepts into actionable development plans.
- Optimize Performance: Implement high-performance computing strategies to ensure latency reduction and scalability for millions of concurrent users.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and conducting technical workshops on emerging trends.
- Risk Management: Identify potential ethical and technical risks in AI deployment and establish robust governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through major architectural transitions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, systemic issues in distributed systems and high-load environments.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
