Responsibilities
- Design and deploy highly scalable, fault-tolerant cloud architectures for large-scale AI model training and inference.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, and modern DevOps practices to accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to optimize MLOps workflows and reduce model inference latency.
- Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and high availability through rigorous testing and disaster recovery planning.
- Drive technical strategy for the 'Horizon 2026' roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies like edge computing and quantum-ready architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Go, or Bash) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and distributed data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production deployment.
