Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Large Language Model (LLM) architectures tailored for enterprise applications.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Lead the research and deployment of 2026-ready AI agents capable of autonomous multi-step reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure AI safety, transparency, and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance benchmarking and fine-tuning of models to achieve industry-leading latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven expertise in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale models (e.g., GPT, Llama, BERT).
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
