Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms using Python and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high technical standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Proven experience deploying AI models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
