Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Lead research and implementation of advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision models.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
