Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, including large language models and generative AI systems.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in AI research, specifically focusing on 2026 technology trends such as autonomous agents and edge computing.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize inference pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency, ensuring our models run seamlessly on distributed cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithms: Deep knowledge of optimization algorithms, probabilistic graphical models, and reinforcement learning.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
