Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models capable of handling 2026-scale data loads with zero latency.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction, ensuring seamless integration into cloud ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the AI research lab.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like Quantum Computing interfaces or Neuromorphic chips.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML models to the market.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong grasp of statistical analysis and distributed systems principles.
