Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines and data processing frameworks.
- Research and fine-tune state-of-the-art Transformer models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA) for specialized domain applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments using cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent industry experience is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with NLP techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, and sequence modeling.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
