Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on alignment and safety.
- Lead the technical strategy for AI infrastructure scaling to meet 2026 demand projections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms and evaluate their viability for enterprise adoption.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency using edge computing techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model versioning.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud architecture, data pipelines, and hardware acceleration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, and computer vision.
