Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Design and implement advanced MLOps strategies to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Lead the research into next-generation neural architectures (e.g., Transformers, Graph Neural Networks).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model robustness and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
