In this role, you will design and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines capable of handling the exponential data growth expected in the coming years. Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design end-to-end Machine Learning architectures optimized for high scalability, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art Deep Learning models, including Transformers and diffusion models.
- MLOps: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference performance to handle real-time data streams.
- Ethical AI: Establish guidelines and frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, research, or a similar technical capacity.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Infrastructure: Proven track record of deploying models in production environments using Docker, AWS/GCP, and Kubernetes.
