Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead initiatives in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for 2026 market demands.
- Optimize Model Performance: Implement advanced optimization techniques to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy across diverse hardware environments.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with data engineers, product managers, and security experts to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our product ecosystem.
- Mentor Junior Engineers: Foster a culture of technical excellence by providing guidance on best practices in AI ethics, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our infrastructure is ready for the quantum-ready and decentralized web of 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommender Systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
