Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI/ML architectures for complex, high-volume data environments, specifically tailored for the 2026 tech stack.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize deep learning models for reduced latency and increased throughput, ensuring real-time performance.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research and proof-of-concept (PoC) development for emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical requirements for future product iterations.
- Infrastructure: Oversee the integration of AI models into cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Language Mastery: Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
