Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models using Python and modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Optimization: Fine-tune existing algorithms to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and ensure high-performance real-time processing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- MLOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to streamline the deployment and monitoring of models in production environments.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, researching and implementing new techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence engineering.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with at least one deep learning framework.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
