Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI requirements and solutions.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and inference speed for production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and debugging of AI systems to ensure reliability and security.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant techniques into our tech stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with major ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
