We are seeking a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of next-generation artificial intelligence solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of researchers, data scientists, and engineers to deploy state-of-the-art algorithms. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data ingestion and model training to production deployment and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade models using Python and modern frameworks.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our product ecosystem.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and improve accuracy through rigorous testing and experimentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines and with product teams to translate technical requirements into user features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical methods, NLP, and neural network architectures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
