Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge ML models for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure leveraging quantum computing paradigms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy production-ready ML pipelines
- Drive innovation in ethical AI and bias mitigation frameworks
- Lead research initiatives for next-generation neural architectures
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum ML libraries
- Proven track record of deploying ML systems at scale (>10M users)
- Strong background in distributed computing and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Published research at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for ML workflows
- Fluency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing paradigms
