Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms that solve complex business problems.
- Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and productionization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and software developers to integrate AI models into scalable software systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI) and evaluate their applicability to our products.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and large-scale data processing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
