Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Spearhead the end-to-end development of scalable machine learning models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Infrastructure: Design and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy, speed, and resource efficiency.
- Strategy: Contribute to the technical roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI for the 2026 era and integrating them into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex data problems and deliver high-performance solutions under tight deadlines.
