Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and models using Python and modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Optimize existing models for improved accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, model evaluation, and performance analysis to ensure robustness.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and implement state-of-the-art techniques into our architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, with deep experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
