Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge ML models for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions at scale
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps pipelines
- Optimize models for edge computing and IoT integration
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends including federated learning and neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems serving >1M users
- Strong background in quantum computing fundamentals or neuromorphic engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes orchestration
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
