Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of proprietary AI models for the 2026 product suite.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Security) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of models in production.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, including Transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Proven track record of deploying models that handle high-volume, low-latency requests.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
