Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, build, and maintain robust machine learning pipelines and scalable inference engines for production environments.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Model Optimization: Drive research into novel architectures to improve model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user interfaces.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
