Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and deploy robust Machine Learning pipelines capable of handling petabytes of data with low-latency inference.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, specifically focusing on Multimodal Learning and Autonomous Agent reasoning.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune foundation models (LLMs) to enhance accuracy, reduce hallucination rates, and improve computational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics) to integrate AI solutions into core products seamlessly.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish CI/CD pipelines for ML models, ensuring automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of production models.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to internal research papers and public speaking engagements regarding the future of AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years dedicated to NLP or Generative AI.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic problems at scale.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
