Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models, focusing on LLMs and predictive algorithms.
- Lead the research and implementation of the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring technical feasibility and market relevance.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and cost.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and MLOps to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative agile environment.
