Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-time data processing.
- Lead a team of data scientists in defining the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve accuracy, speed, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and deployment.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Quantum Computing applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
