Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and generative AI systems.
- Optimize neural network architectures for scalability, efficiency, and low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Implement robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality training datasets for continuous model improvement.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on 2026 technological roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI department.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
