As part of our elite R&D team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between theoretical research and scalable production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize high-throughput machine learning pipelines for production.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms, including Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Collaborate with product teams to define the 2026 roadmap for our core AI platform.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for edge deployment.
- Establish MLOps best practices and monitoring standards.
- Lead technical mentorship and code reviews for a diverse engineering team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
