Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale foundation models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Develop and optimize inference pipelines to handle high-throughput, low-latency requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into real-world applications.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical deployment of AI systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with deep learning frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, with proven experience in C++ for high-performance computing.
- Strong background in Transformer architectures, LLMs (GPT, BERT, Llama), and RAG pipelines.
- Experience deploying models to production using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and data engineering principles.
