Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for production environments.
- Optimize neural network inference pipelines for low latency and high throughput.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to define AI product roadmaps.
- Implement robust MLOps strategies for model monitoring, retraining, and versioning.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model fairness, transparency, and accuracy.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms and integrating them into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
