Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and Generative AI pipelines using Python and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory usage to ensure high-performance applications in production environments.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy and robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision architectures.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications.
